Aliante is a 1,905-acre mixed-use master planned community located in North Las Vegas. GCW’s work included water and sewer master plans; master conceptual and technical drainage studies; water, sewer, and roadway infrastructure designs; bridge and interchange design; subdivision improvement plans; and extensive coordination with utility purveyors. The community is designed to accommodate approximately 6,500 homes, 428 acres of recreational and public use including a golf club and three city parks, commercial centers, and a casino. Other features include the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park with a scenic lake as well as a natural arroyo and a 24-mile interconnecting trail system.
