The project consisted of preparation and management of construction documents for the
access and recirculation roadway system, storm drainage, water distribution, and
sanitary sewer systems related to the new Terminal 3 building and parking garage.
The access and recirculation roadways include elevated sections consisting of 21
bridges and embankments constructed using MSE retaining walls. Drainage facilities
for collection and conveyance of storm flows include the modification of existing
airport detention basins. Project also includes construction document preparation and management
for improvements to at-grade parking and staging areas for taxicabs, buses,
limousines, shuttles, oversized vehicles, and overflow from the garage.
