For this design-build project, GCW provided schematic design engineering services for more than 12 miles of 4-lane limited access freeway and associated interchanges. The project was constructed in two phases. Phase 1 reconstructed the short section of US 93/US 95 from I-15 at Foothills Drive to US 95 and provided a new Railroad Pass interchange. Phase 2 extended the bypass from US 95 east for 12 miles, around the southern perimeter of Boulder City to the Nevada Interchange. GCW’s Survey Division mapped the entire right-of-way, provided legal descriptions, and topographic mapping.
