Located in West Henderson, the Haas Manufacturing facility is approximately 2.5-million-square-feet just south of the Henderson Executive Airport. GCW prepared a traffic study in coordination with a development agreement addressing off-site improvements. In addition, GCW developed a horizontal control plan (HCP) by extensive survey of the existing monumentation located in the adjacent roads for the 165-acre site. Monuments recently set for an adjacent roadway project, designed by GCW, were also incorporated into the HCP. Over 24 legal descriptions for vacations and dedications of right-of-way were required for the facility’s construction.
