This 224-acre project included the overall Village water and master sewer plans, traffic study, and drainage study. Reverence will consist of three development phases. GCW is in the design phase for the drainage infrastructure improvement packages, which includes a debris basin, channels, and a multi-use detention basin. Additionally, GCW is working on improvement plan packages for the first phase of development that will include 323 single family residential units, a recreation center, miles of trails, and supporting infrastructure.
