The 12,600-acre West Henderson area has emerging growth demands, which creates a need for critical infrastructure facilities. GCW is providing the preliminary and final design of a new arterial roadway to connect Las Vegas Boulevard South with Via Inspirada (2.7-miles), and for Via Centro from Via Nobila to Larson Lane (0.6-miles). The preliminary design included development of the ultimate improvements for both corridors with flood control, utility design, and future demands for the I-15/Via Nobila interchange, intersection configurations for flaring and transitions, traffic signal layouts, and dry utilities.
