GCW completed the demolition and reconstruction of Civic Plaza in front of City Hall to provide amenities for public gatherings and outdoor viewing of hockey and other events associated with the recently constructed lifeguard hockey arena. This project included reconstructing the adjacent section of Water Street to function as an extension of the plaza during events, as well as an expansion to the City Hall entrance, and reconstruction of an outdoor amphitheater. GCW’s scope of work included drainage, structures, concrete pavements, lighting, audio visual technology, and area wide WiFi.
